• Quote: Our sales team will calculate the best shipping method and send you a formal Quotation/Proforma Invoice (PI) within 24 hours.

Yes, we support sampling.

• Low-Value Items: Free of charge (you only cover the shipping cost).
• High-Value Items: Sample fees apply, but 100% of the sample fee will be refunded/deducted from your subsequent bulk order.

Speed is our priority.

• Standard: You will receive a detailed quote within 12–24 hours.
• Urgent: If you mark your inquiry as urgent, we aim to reply within 4–8 hours (GMT+8).

Our MOQ depends on the product category:

• In-Stock Items: Low MOQ (e.g., 5–10 pcs).
